Monroe County Fair Video

For HTC’s booth at the Monroe County Fair, I composed a thirteen minute video that would play on loop. The video featured previous graphics and photos that Marketicity used on other campaigns for HTC. All of these visuals had an emphasis of the community, highlighting business owners and well known from the county. The video contained roughly 120 stills, and I used Adobe Premiere Pro to edit and compose the video.


SnapChat Filter Presentation

I analyzed last year’s and this year’s Snapchat Filter data for filters used at the Monroe County Fair. HTC’s filters were down on usage, views, and swipes compared to last year’s filter. I spent time researching and used critical thinking to come up with a few possible reasons why.

There may have been more competition between other company/organization snap filters. Moreover, I was unable to figure out the order that a Snapchat filter appears in the ‘deck.’ This led me to believe that it operated off of a Pay-per-Click, or if you paid more, than your filter would appear first. Lastly, HTC implemented a total of 3 filters, compared to 1 last year. Doing so fragmented the usage, views, ands swipes.
